Mark Conway Mark has been in the Engineering/Home Inspection Industry for 30 years. Between 1976 and 1988 Mark worked as a Professional Engineer with Fox and Associates Inc. working in foundation and pavement design and related construction inspections. In 1988 Mark started doing Professional Home Inspections. He is a Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado (PE).
Willis Buehrle Willis has been in the real estate and construction industry over 40 years. With a degree in Architecture from Temple University, he started designing and building single family homes in Pennsylvania. He came to Denver in 1967. He was involved in the Real Estate industry and was a project manager for several residential and commercial builders. Willis has been doing home inspection for the last 17 years. He maintains construction licenses in Denver and Aurora and is a member of (ASHI), American Society of Home Inspectors. Most of all Willis enjoys helping and advising people how to enjoy the decisionsthey have made.
John Dawson John Dawson – John has a background in construction and remodeling. In the mid 1970’s John maintained a job on a tract home construction crew, installing the truss and roof systems on new houses. He then worked for a custom home builder (Gamble Homes) in Parker and eventually became the construction supervisor. He then started Dawco Construction - a remodeling company. John did remodeling of homes for the next 13 years. John started doing Home Inspections in 1992. He attended a comprehensive educational workshop in New Jersey by the national inspection company that he originally worked for, & joined Home Systems Data, Inc. in 1995. John is also a long standing member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), & is a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI.
Steve Busey Steve feels he has been “blessed or cursed” with an eye for seeing detail. It is only natural that he became a home inspector. Steve has over 25 years of experience in general home repair, home improvements and property management. He believes his customers appreciate his explanations about, and attention to the myriad of details involved in his inspections. With the necessary information about their homes, his customers can make better, more informed decisions.
Jerry Burns Jerry is a Certified Home Inspector with over 30 years experience. Jerry is known for having patience and taking extra time to answer questions fully, educate the client about the house, provide solutions to problems, and having a sharp eye and thorughness in inspecting. He incorporates digital pictures in his reports to insure clear understanding and documentation of possible problems found during inspection. Vince Busnardo Vince is a 3rd generation Colorado native. Vince has owned and operated a family contract painting company. He expanded the business from interior/exterior painting into general contracting, offering remodels and basement finishes. Vince graduated ITA (Inspection Training Associates) and is a certified ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) home inspector. Vince brings a wide range of experience and has been on board with Home Systems Data Inc. since 2004.
Aaron Rath Aaron has an acute eye for detail and excellent work habits. Aaron has astute knowledge of single and multi family home building. He has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. Aaron is also very cutting edge regarding new home construction including pre-drywall inspection and stucco inspecting. He is also an EDI Certified Stucco and EIFS Inspector and graduate from the Exterior Design Institute. The Exterior Design Institute is the national leading educational EIFS and Stucco Certification institute.
David Graves
David has 20+ years maintenance and construction experience in single and multi family homes in Colorado. He is an EDI (Exterior Design Institute) Certified Stucco Inspector as well as a Certified Home Inspector through HIF (Housing Inspection Foundation) and is an ASHI Candidate. He enjoys life through skiing, camping and all outdoor activities with his wife and two sons.
