How long does a home inspection take?
Depending on the size of the home, a typical inspection takes 2-3 hours.  The inspection includes the roof, attic, heating/cooling systems, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, electrical, plumbing, structure, drainage, all appliances, fireplaces and attached garages. 

What is radon?
Radon is a radioactive gas.  It comes from the natural decay of uranium that is found in nearly all soils.

Do you do Radon Testing?
Yes, we are qualified radon technologists.  A Sun Nuclear or Honeywell continuous air monitor is placed in the home for 48 hours.  It is then picked up and a printout is recorded and sent to you.

Will you make repairs?
No, repairs to the home are not done by us.  It is considered a Conflict of Interest.  Many licensed technicians can be referred that are fair and honest for work you may need done.

Do you inspect for mold?
No, we are not mold inspectors.  You may refer to our Preferred Vendor List for mold inspection companies along with many other vendors.
